Coalition Policy Goals:

1. Achieve universal health coverage for all Minnesotans through public policy changes that will make health coverage more affordable and accessible.
2. Until universal health coverage is achieved, ensure universal access to health care through public policies and funding that support safety net providers and nonprofit organizations that provide free and reduced cost health care services to uninsured and underinsured patients.
3. Reduce health disparities by ensuring access to providers who specialize in meeting the unique needs of Minnesotans who experience barriers due to language, race, ethnicity, income or other factors.
